Responsibilities & Context:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS and management reports
• Monitor sales performance against targets by territory, showroom, dealer, product, and salesperson
• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, product performance, and business opportunities
• Track inventory movement, stock ageing, collections, and outstanding balances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, incentive calculations, and business reviews
• Develop dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Factory, and Distribution teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales MIS, Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Business Analysis
