• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Marketing, or Business Administration.

• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing management.

• Excellent leadership, planning, and supervisory skills.

• Sound knowledge of Animal Nutrition & Feed Manufacturing (Cattle, Poultry, Fish) & Marketing management.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mail communications.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.

• Strong leadership, deep knowledge of the local feed market and excellent negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently in the assigned territory areas.

Job Context: NDP Agro Industries Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Deputy General Manager (Sales & Marketing) to oversee sales marketing operations of feed factory and ensure efficient factory marketing management.

Industry Type: Animal Nutrition & Feed Manufacturing (Cattle, Poultry, Fish)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual sales and marketing plan to grow market share for cattle, poultry, and fish feed.

• Guide and train regional sales managers, field officers, and technical service teams.

• Expand and strengthen the dealers, distributors, and retailers network across target regions.

• Launch effective promotional campaigns, farmer meetings, and technical seminars.

• Monitor monthly and yearly sales volume, collection and market debt.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the higher authority.

• Salary consolidated BDT 130,000-180,000 per month but depending on qualifications and experience salary may be negotiable for extensive qualified candidates.

• Festival bonuses (2), mobile allowance, travel allowance (TA/DA), and performance-based sales incentives.
