Sales Representative – Pest Control
আমরা একজন উদ্যমী, ফলাফলমুখী ও Field Sales-এ আগ্রহী Sales Representative খুঁজছি, যিনি Commercial ও Institutional Client-এর কাছে আমাদের Pest Control Products ও Services-এর বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করবেন। এই পজিশনে নিয়মিত Client Visit, Lead Generation, Sales Presentation, Follow-up এবং নতুন Business Opportunity তৈরি করার দায়িত্ব থাকবে।
Job Responsibilities
• নির্ধারিত Daily, Weekly ও Monthly Sales Target অর্জন করা।
• নতুন Commercial ও Institutional Client খুঁজে বের করা এবং নতুন Business Opportunity তৈরি করা।
• নিয়মিত Office, Restaurant, Hospital, Clinic, School-College, Factory, Warehouse, Shopping Complex ও অন্যান্য প্রতিষ্ঠানে Field Visit করা।
• Client-এর Pest Control সমস্যা ও প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত Pest Control Product ও Service সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ প্রদান করা।
• সম্ভাব্য Client-এর সাথে Meeting করা এবং কোম্পানির Product ও Service সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত উপস্থাপন করা।
• নিয়মিত Lead Generation, Follow-up ও Sales Conversion করা।
• নতুন Client Acquisition-এর পাশাপাশি Existing Client-এর সাথে ভালো Business Relationship বজায় রাখা।
• Client-এর Feedback ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে সংশ্লিষ্ট Team-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
• বাজারের Competitor Activity, Pricing, Product ও Customer Demand সম্পর্কে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা।
• Sales Territory-তে নতুন Market ও Business Opportunity চিহ্নিত করা।
• দৈনিক Sales Activity Report, Client Visit Report ও Follow-up Report প্রদান করা।
• Sales Team ও Management-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে Sales Growth নিশ্চিত করা।
Educational Qualification
• Minimum HSC, Bachelor’s Degree হলে অগ্রাধিকার।
• Sales, Marketing বা Business-related educational background preferred.
Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Regular field visits করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
• নতুন Client-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ ও Business Relationship তৈরিতে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
• বাংলা ভাষায় ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে; Basic English communication skill preferred.
• MS Office / Google Sheets-এর basic knowledge থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
• Dhaka city-এর বিভিন্ন Commercial ও Institutional area সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে ভালো।
