Responsibilities & Context:
Generate and follow up on interior project leads.
Meet clients and understand project requirements and budgets.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the design team.
Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
Convert leads into confirmed interior projects.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop new corporate and residential client networks.
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement and Project Execution teams.
Maintain proper CRM/client database and regular sales reports.
