Context

Banglar Math is expanding its customer engagement and sales operations to reach more students, parents, and educational communities across Bangladesh. As part of this growth, we are looking for motivated Sales & Customer Care Interns who want to gain hands-on experience in telemarketing, customer relationship management, lead generation, and sales. Interns will work directly with our team and use CRM tools to manage leads, customer inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion pipelines. The 3-month internship is designed as a performance-based learning and recruitment pathway, where interns will be given clear KPIs and regular feedback. The objective is not only to provide internship experience but also to identify individuals who can take ownership, communicate effectively, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:

As a Sales & Customer Care Intern, you will work in a 3-month performance-based internship supporting Banglar Math’s customer care, telemarketing, lead generation, and CRM operations.
During the internship, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, making outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, conducting timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Month 1 will focus on training, product knowledge, CRM proficiency, and establishing consistent calling and customer-service practices.
Month 2 will focus on increasing qualified leads, improving follow-up quality, and contributing to customer conversions.
Month 3 will focus on achieving defined sales, conversion, customer-care, and CRM performance targets independently. Performance will be evaluated through measurable KPIs including productive calls, qualified leads, follow-up completion, conversion rate, customer satisfaction, and CRM accuracy. Interns will receive regular performance feedback throughout the three months.

Outstanding performers who consistently meet or exceed their KPIs may be offered a full-time position at Banglar Math, subject to organizational requirements and available positions.
