যেকোনো স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতক বা স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রি।
ফিশারিজ (Fisheries) এবং ডিভিএম (DVM) ডিগ্রিধারীদের বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

সংশ্লিষ্ট পেশায় ন্যূনতম ২ থেকে ৩ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা।
Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed এবং Fish Feed Sales & Marketing-এর কাজে অভিজ্ঞ হতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
Rowzan Group of Industries-এর স্বনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠান 'R T Feed'-এর জন্য পোল্ট্রি, ক্যাটল এবং ফিশ ফিড বিপণন ও বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধিতে কাজ করার লক্ষ্যে কিছু সংখ্যক উদ্যমী ও দক্ষ জনবল নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
নিজস্ব ডিলার এবং কাস্টমার নেটওয়ার্ক (Dealer/Customer Network) থাকতে হবে।
সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনের প্রমাণিত রেকর্ড (Sales Performance) থাকতে হবে।
নির্ধারিত এলাকা বা টেরিটরিতে কাজ করার পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
টেরিটরি বিজনেস ডেভেলপমেন্ট এবং নতুন মার্কেট তৈরির সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
