Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve company's goal through Direct Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing, Door to door Marketing and Telemarketing.
- Physically door-to-door visit for Prospective client hunting.
- Communicate with prospective/target customers by calling, messaging, using social media & email.
- Project visit with the clients as per requirement & Maintain and update customer database.
- Visit prospective customers (if needed) & set up meetings with potential clients.
- Focus on how to promote more sales.
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients and property investors and existing customers.
- Handle client inquiries, follow up on lead, and conduct site visit.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market trends.
- Target Ads Creation & marketing on Social Media.
- Report to the team leader when & where required.
- Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities i.e.checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
- Build company image with professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative activities.
- Any Other activities as and when required by the management.
