The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison, ensuring client objectives are met with precision and that our service delivery consistently exceeds expectations.

•   Assume end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the single point of contact for all strategic and operational matters.

•   Develop and execute relationship management strategies to ensure maximum client retention, satisfaction, and growth.

•   Cultivate a profound understanding of each client's business model and strategic goals to align our IIG solutions effectively.

•   Facilitate complex discussions between clients and internal technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
