Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor network performance (bandwidth, uptime, latency) using tools like Zabbix, MRTG, PRTG.
Troubleshoot ISP network issues (routing, switching, fiber, wireless) with a focus on MikroTik routers.
Configure/maintain MikroTik devices (RB series, CCR) for NAT, BGP, MPLS, VPN, QoS, VLAN and firewall policies.
Coordinate with field teams for fault resolution and maintenance.
Communicate with NTT
Document network changes, network diagram, incidents, and RCA reports.
