Cubix Technology Limited is a software and IT solutions company established in 2020. We develop and provide Hotel Management Systems (HMS), Restaurant Management Systems, POS, and customized software solutions to help businesses streamline their operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage software projects from requirement gathering to implementation and delivery.

• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

• Conduct business analysis, prepare BRDs, SRS documents, workflows, use cases, and project plans.

• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and requirement clarification sessions.

• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project documentation.

• Support UAT, deployment, client training, and post-implementation activities.

• Maintain effective communication between clients and the technical team.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, or software implementation.

• Experience in software development projects is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management practices.

• Experience in preparing BRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and project documentation.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with HMS, ERP, POS, or other business management software will be an advantage.
