Experience:
Bachelor's Degree / EEE, ICT, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, switches, routers, and access points.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, operating systems, and common office peripherals.
Familiarity with hospital/diagnostic management systems and business applications (e.g., pharmacy systems) is a plus.
Good communication skills and a professional, service-oriented attitude toward users.
Ability to prioritize and respond promptly to critical, high-impact issues.
Willingness to travel to branches and to provide on-call support for critical incidents as needed.

IT Troubleshooting & User Support
Provide timely technical support to users for hardware, software, operating system, printer, scanner, and peripheral-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT-related problems at branch and departmental levels.
Assist users with system access, application-related issues, and basic configuration.
Maintain proper records of reported issues and the actions taken to resolve them.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to senior IT personnel or the concerned vendor.
Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor and support LAN/WAN connectivity and branch-to-Head Office communication.
Support switches, routers, access points, and other network devices.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity and basic network issues, including outages, slow connectivity, and packet loss.
Check network cables, ports, and patch panels for physical connectivity issues where required.
Coordinate with ISP/network vendors for issues requiring external support, and document all network incidents and resolutions.
System & Application Support
Provide first-level support for Diagnostic and Hospital Management Systems and pharmacy/business applications.
Resolve user login and access-related issues, and printer/report-generation issues.
Support basic database/application connectivity issues.
Support users during system updates, maintenance, migration, and deployment activities.
Branch IT Support
Give priority to critical operational services, treating any issue affecting patient registration, billing, diagnostic services, or reporting as high priority.
Respond promptly and provide remote or onsite support as required, escalating immediately if an issue cannot be resolved within the required timeframe.
Incident Reporting, Escalation & Preventive Maintenance
Properly document all significant IT incidents (date/time, branch/department, affected user/service, nature of problem, troubleshooting steps, resolution status, downtime, and escalation details).
Immediately communicate critical incidents to IT Management / Head of ICT without waiting for full resolution.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of network devices, servers, UPS and power equipment, computers, printers, scanners, and branch IT infrastructure.
Vendor Coordination & Professional Conduct
Coordinate with vendors by clearly communicating issues, providing logs/screenshots/error messages, and following up until resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational and patient-related information, and avoid unauthorized changes to production systems.
Follow approved IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines at all times.
