Additional Requirements:

• Age 23 to 35 years

• Weekend: Saturday (fixed)

• Office Hours: Must be comfortable working in any shifts (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

• This is a 100% office-based position; remote applicants will not be considered

• 3-month probation period

• Salary range: up to 15000 BDT. If your expectation exceeds this, please do not apply

• Candidate must be confident working with AI tools and automation-based environments

• Must have strong written English communication skills for AI-generated content validation and messaging

• The applicants should have experience or a strong interest in AI tools, data handling, automation systems, SEO support, and agent-based workflows

Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, social media platforms, business directories, and industry events.

• Extract and compile contact information from various online sources, including websites, LinkedIn, trade publications, and databases.

• Ensure all contact lists are segmented based on relevant factors such as industry, company size, and location for targeted outreach.

• Enrich lead and contact data by researching and adding key information, such as job titles, company details, and contact preferences.

• Verify and validate contact information to ensure accuracy before adding it to the CRM or marketing databases.

• Regularly update and cleanse contact lists to remove outdated or incorrect information, maintaining high data quality.

• High skill and experience required in Google Search, web research, internet research, excel, google sheet

• Conduct detailed internet research to gather relevant data on potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
