Candidate must be confident working with AI tools and automation-based environments
Must have strong written English communication skills for AI-generated content validation and messaging
Candidate must have an A Grade in English in both SSC and HSC examinations.
The applicants should have experience or a strong interest in AI tools, data handling, automation systems, SEO support, and agent-based workflows.
Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end cold outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email channels to generate qualified leads and booked meetings.
Build, clean, and maintain targeted prospect lists using data sourcing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms.
Write and optimize outreach copy, including LinkedIn connection requests, follow-up messages, email sequences, and campaign scripts tailored to target personas.
Develop and manage content and creative assets for outreach campaigns, including messaging frameworks, value propositions, and campaign briefs.
Oversee day-to-day outreach operations, including campaign scheduling, inbox management, response handling, and follow-up coordination.
Monitor and manage outreach tools and platforms, including LinkedIn automation tools, email sending platforms, CRM systems, and data enrichment tools.
Track, analyze, and report on key outreach metrics, including outreach volume, connection rates, reply rates, meeting booked rates, and conversion performance.
Manage client communication and reporting by preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, campaign updates, and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams, including content, design, and sales to ensure outreach messaging is aligned with brand tone, campaign goals, and target audience.
A/B test outreach messages, subject lines, sequences, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and optimize conversion rates.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in outreach workflows, ensuring campaigns run efficiently, on time, and within compliance guidelines.
Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, email deliverability best practices, outreach trends, and emerging tools to keep campaigns competitive and effective.
