Responsibilities & Context:
• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of medical equipment.
• Conduct regular sales visits within assigned territories (Division/District-wise).
• Develop sales plans and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and execute effective sales strategies.
• Carry out routine equipment inspections and ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer service and technical support requests.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Generate revenue through both equipment sales and after-sales service.
• Maintain accurate service reports, customer records, and sales activities.
