Experience

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with potential and existing clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and face-to-face meetings.

• Generate new leads and convert enquiries into confirmed clients.

• Promote the company's visa processing, air ticketing, tour package and other travel-related services.

• Explain service procedures, requirements, fees and processing timelines clearly to clients.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain proper lead records.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Achieve individual and team-based monthly sales and marketing targets.

• Assist with Facebook and other social media promotional activities.

• Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth client service.

• Prepare daily and monthly marketing and client follow-up reports.

• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management.
