Responsibilities & Context:

Develop new business opportunities and expand existing scopes of work with current clients.

Establish and maintain strong, professional communication and long-term relationships between CIBL and its clients.

Identify and develop potential new clients and business opportunities within the IT industry.

Pitch, promote, and demonstrate the organization’s products and solutions to prospective and existing clients.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and opportunities to enhance existing products and services.

Prepare analytical reports on business activities, market trends, achievements, opportunities, and future business plans.

Facilitate the engineering team by providing insights into industry demands, emerging technologies, and future market requirements based on market and technology analysis.

Prepare and review Expressions of Interest (EOI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), technical proposals, commercial proposals, and other business-related documents.

Monitor and regularly review prospective tenders, procurement notices, and business opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategic interests.

Coordinate and participate in client meetings, technical seminars, workshops, conferences, and other local and international events to represent the organization.

Collaborate with internal technical, engineering, and management teams to align business opportunities with the organization’s technical capabilities and strategic objectives.
