Ronex Mart is looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and results-driven Outlet Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a super shop outlet. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product availability and visual merchandising standards, controlling inventory and operational costs, and leading the outlet team effectively.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, customer service, sales, inventory management, and problem-solving skills, with practical experience in retail, super shop, FMCG, or consumer goods operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure smooth operation of daily store activities.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and attractive product display in the store.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and control wastage.

• Supervise, train, prepare duty rosters, and evaluate staff performance.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports.
