Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective product management strategies to strengthen product branding and market positioning in the Animal Health Division (AHD).

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, develop competitive strategies, and increase market share.

• Coordinate and communicate regularly with the field sales force to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.

• Organize and conduct training programs for new and existing field sales personnel to enhance their product knowledge, technical expertise, and selling skills.

• Visit potential prescribers, consultants, veterinary professionals, and farms to generate product demand and strengthen customer relationships.

• Organize and conduct Doctors' Group Meetings (DGM), Rural Veterinary Practitioners' Group Meetings (RVPGM), and Farmers' Group Meetings (FGM) with prior management approval, as per the annual activity calendar.

• Collect customer feedback, handle complaints, monitor market trends, and maintain up-to-date information on products and competitors' activities.

• Develop packaging designs for new and existing products, and prepare promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets, stickers, posters, show cards, product profiles, and other marketing literature as required.

• Coordinate with distributors to ensure the smooth and timely distribution of products in the market.

• Proactively manage and resolve issues related to sales and marketing operations to achieve business objectives.

• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department (HoD) or Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements

• Having PMD ( Animal Health) experience will preferred.

• Candidate must have excellent in MS Excel.

• Communication skills in both English & Bengali is must.
