Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, supervise, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets while ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, equipment, and production materials.

  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Monitor production performance, product quality, productivity, process efficiency, and wastage, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.

  • Prepare and execute production plans in coordination with Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, QA, QC, Engineering, and other cross-functional departments to ensure uninterrupted production and timely product release.

  • Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and validation of production equipment and maintain accurate production records, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), logbooks, and related documentation.

  • Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production personnel to enhance productivity, technical competency, safety, and adherence to 5S and housekeeping standards.

  • Participate in process validation, technology transfer, qualification activities, new product introduction, and continuous process improvement projects.

  • Prepare production reports, monitor production costs, support internal and external audits, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and compliance requirements.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
