Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and manage an effective sales team to achieve the company’s sales, distribution, and promotional objectives. Develop and execute area/region-wise sales plans to achieve assigned daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company policies and business objectives. Ensure effective market coverage, product availability, brand promotion, and business development across the assigned territory. Monitor sales performance, identify market opportunities and challenges, and take necessary corrective actions to achieve business targets. Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds and maintain effective control over outstanding receivables within the assigned territory. Develop and implement territory-wise business plans, sales strategies, and promotional activities in accordance with company policies. Prepare and execute tour plans and regularly monitor field-level sales activities, customer visits, market coverage, and team performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, institutional customers, and other key business partners. Coordinate with the Distribution to ensure timely product supply, proper stock availability, and uninterrupted market distribution. Monitor competitors, market trends, customer feedback, and product performance, and provide timely reports and recommendations to management. Coach, motivate, and evaluate sales team members to improve productivity, market coverage, and overall sales performance. Prepare and submit regular sales, collection, and performance reports to management. Experience: At Least 2 years in similar position. Age: Maximum 45 Gender: Male
