Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair AC units, chillers, and ventilation systems. Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot AC malfunctions promptly. Monitor refrigerant levels and handle gas charging/refilling as needed. Respond promptly to emergency AC/cooling issues. Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment condition to supervisor. Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling equipment. Coordinate with other technical staff for facility upkeep. Additional Requirements: Sound knowledge of AC/HVAC systems and tools. Physically fit and able to work in varied conditions. Honest, punctual, and responsible. Willingness to work in shifts, including emergencies. Compensation & Other Benefits: Mobile bill (if applicable), Festival Bonus (2). As per company policy. Employment Status: Full-time.
