Work Location: Rajapalong & Ratnapalong Under Ukhiya sub-district. (Host Community)
Work type: Work from Home with minimum field movements based on the project requirements
Reports to: Project Officer

Key Roles and Responsibilities “ECD facilitator- Remote support”
Program Implementation:
Field level data collection regular /Need basis
24/7 remote support to the clients as needed
Monthly follow-up calls to the clients on responsive caregiving, early stimulation, health, nutrition, hygiene, and child protection.
Organizing conference call on target basis
Working with AI tools where program assign
Remote response to the request / missed calls
Ensure proper referral of the clients who are in need
Support caregivers on Low/No cost toy making
Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to supervisor maintain a track report.
Coordination with other stakeholders
Build trust with Majhi, religious leaders, and caregivers.
Attend training, meeting, workshops as planned by the program team
Performs any other duties as required and instructed by IRC management / supervisor.

Program Implementation:

Monthly home visit to the vulnerable groups or as needed to the clients on responsive caregiving, early stimulation, health, nutrition, hygiene, and child protection.
Ensure proper referral of the clients who are in need
Support caregivers on Low/No cost toy making
Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to supervisor maintain a track report.
Coordination with other stakeholders
Build trust with Majhi, religious leaders, and caregivers.
Attend training, meeting, workshops as planned by the program team
Performs any other duties as required and instructed by IRC management / supervisor
Safeguarding:
Ensure safe and inclusive working environments through maintaining expected behaviors.
Follow child protection and safeguarding policies strictly.
Report SG or protection concerns immediately.
Experience:
At least 1 year working with children or community programs.
Experience in using digital tools i.e. CommCare, KoBo along with experience on using AI tools i.e. ChatGPT, Gemini Copilot etc.
Experience in Rohingya camps preferred
Language:
Rohingya and Chittagonian dialect (preferred).
Basic Bangla.
