• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.S.C/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized university.

• Manage contractors and resources.

• Experience in the construction of industrial & Factory buildings.

• Steel Structural construction experience will get preference.

• Able to operate Microsoft office.

• Having driving license may get preference.

• Ability to work in complex projects.

• Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance procedures in construction.

• Capable of independently managing and resolving any on-site situation.

Workplace Work at Project

• Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all civil engineering activities on industrial and factory building construction n projects.

• Design Review & Coordination: Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs, ensuring compliance with project requirements and relevant codes. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to resolve design-related issues.

• Construction Management: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.

• Steel Structure Focus (If Applicable): For projects involving steel structures, your responsibilities will include overseeing fabrication, erection, and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.

• Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the construction meets the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and address any non-conformities.

• Site Supervision & Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel. Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during the construction process.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, site inspection reports, and other relevant documentation. Maintain accurate project records.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project progress, technical issues, and potential risks.

• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
