∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop architectural design ideas, blueprints, and comprehensive working drawings while supervising architectural projects to align with the design.
∎ Collaborate with consulting and in-house teams, as well as civil engineers, to maintain coordination between the architectural and engineering teams.
∎ Demonstrate the ability to create detailed measurements, working drawings, interior designs, and layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.
∎ Proficiently generate AutoCAD presentations, SketchUp models, 3D visualizations, and illustrations as required for the project.
∎ Possess a thorough understanding of project costing, material costing, feasibility testing, and effective project planning to ensure timely completion.
∎ Exhibit leadership qualities to lead a design team or handle any other tasks assigned by management.
∎ Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
