Responsibilities & Context:
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Lumion, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Strong design, presentation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, 2D/3D designs, and detailed working drawings.
Develop creative design solutions based on client requirements.
Coordinate with project teams and supervise design implementation.
Prepare BOQ, project documentation, and design presentations.
General Requirements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.
Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
