• Age 20 to 35 years

• Must have strong personality & positive attitude.

• Good communication & Negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)·

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor the quality and quantity of construction materials.

• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors and site workers.

• Check work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

• Verify measurements of completed works and assist in contractor bill checking.

• Identify site issues and report them to management with necessary solutions.

• Prepare regular site progress reports and update management.

• Ensure proper safety practices are maintained at the construction site.

• Perform other site-related duties assigned by the management.
