Candidates must be from Real Estate Developers Company (apartments).
Must have strong personality & positive attitude.
Proven track record in selling High-end (Exclusively Luxurious) apartments.
Good communication & Negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities
The candidate must have proper knowledge on Real Estate Development sector and will be responsible for Manage Sales, Maintain excellent communication & relationship with both current and potential Clients, Meet with Clients in a regular basis.
The candidate will be responsible to look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, Counseling with Clients, site visit with client and attend local fair/ event for Business developments.
To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
