• Knowledge about Real Estate/Flat sale marketing.

• Ability to take challenges for sale of Flat.

• Should have good communication & negotiation skills and capable to close deals independently.

• Perform any other activities as and when required by the management for the purpose of enhancement of sales.

• Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate & establish relationship with the prospective clients.

• Generate sales lead and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.

• Follow up clients through phone calls on a regular basis.

• Arrange meeting and project visit for the clients.

• Negotiable plus Extra benefit and incentive on sale of flat.
