• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all construction projects.

• Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues.

• Check construction materials and ensure proper testing and quality.

• Investigate major quality problems and identify their root causes.

• Recommend corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

• Prepare quality reports and follow up on pending observations.

• Coordinate with Project and Engineering teams for timely rectification and close-out.

• Conduct research on construction materials, products, and new technologies to improve project quality.

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives across projects.
