Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure quality standards are maintained across all construction projects.
Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues.
Check construction materials and ensure proper testing and quality.
Investigate major quality problems and identify their root causes.
Recommend corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
Prepare quality reports and follow up on pending observations.
Coordinate with Project and Engineering teams for timely rectification and close-out.
Conduct research on construction materials, products, and new technologies to improve project quality.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives across projects.
