Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction and finishing works at the hotel project site.

• Ensure work follows approved drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and schedule.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Check construction quality, materials, measurements, and work progress.

• Monitor project timeline, cost, and site safety.

• Prepare regular site progress reports and maintain documents.

• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

• Check contractor measurements and bills.

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety requirements.

• Assist in final inspection, snag rectification, and project handover.
  
  Requirements

  • Bachelors of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from reputed University, MSc will be more preferable.

  • More than 2 years of work experience; educational qualifications may be considered flexible for candidates with outstanding professional experience.

  ·       Experience in the successful completion and handover of at least two 14-story hotel building construction projects.
