• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Educational background on BBA Marketing or relevant field.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

• Experience in the following business area(s): Developer (Hotel, apartment, land, Real estate), Hotel business or relevant field.

• Previous experience in Real Estate or Insurance will be more preferrable.

• Strong leadership and team management ability.

• Proficiency in Office applications.

Location: Bengal Centre, 28 Topkhana Road, Paltan, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

• Ensure the maximum benefit out of the sales target for the company.

• Expand market presence, manage key accounts, and build strong customer relationships.

• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and forecast sales trends.

• Coordinate with marketing, branding and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Train, coach, and guide the sales team to improve skills, discipline, and performance.

• Maximize profit margin by selling more values,

• Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and the Company's internal strategies.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development.

• Basic Salary: Negotiable.

• Performance Incentive: Standard commission on personal sales targets.
