• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Diploma in Engineering in Architecture

• Age At least 22 years

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max

- Proficiency in V-Ray / D5 / Enscape

- Good command of Photoshop

- Strong expertise in Excel & BOQ preparation

- Ability to independently handle project execution

- Ability to coordinate drawings, materials, vendors, site teams & clients

- Strong understanding of interior detailing and construction

We are expanding our design & execution team, and we’re looking for Architects who are ready to take responsibility, solve problems, and grow with us.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a project from drawings to execution.

-Consult with clients to understand spatial requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints.

-Develop conceptual layouts, space planning, 2D floor plans, and 3D visual renderings.

-Select and specify interior materials, finishes, lighting fixtures, colors, and furnishings in close coordination with the procurement manager for sourcing and vendor alignment.

-Prepare detailed working drawings and Good For Construction layouts for site execution.

-Create accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), itemized estimations, and manage material delivery schedules.

-Manage overall project timelines and ensure design execution aligns with the approved budget.

-Partner with the site supervisor to direct and oversee on-site contractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, and plumbers.

-Inspect and approve all incoming interior materials, custom furniture, and decor items alongside the procurement manager before installation.

-Conduct regular site visits with the site supervisor to monitor installation quality, maintain design intent, and resolve spatial discrepancies.

-Perform final quality checks with the site supervisor, rectify snag lists, and oversee complete project handover to the client.
