Role Summary

The Project Implementation Lead will plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of our 10 to 12 ongoing civil construction projects. The role ensures each project is completed on time, within budget, to the required quality and safety standards, and in line with regulatory and client commitments. It suits a senior real estate professional who can manage several projects at once and lead multiple project teams.

Job Description

Project planning and control

• Develop and maintain master schedules and integrated work plans across all ongoing projects.

• Set milestones, resource plans, and cash flow requirements for each project, and track progress against baseline.

• Identify delays and risks early, and put recovery plans in place.

Execution and delivery

• Oversee day-to-day site execution across the project portfolio, and hold site managers and project engineers accountable for delivery.

• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, BNBC and other applicable codes, and quality standards.

• Coordinate handover and completion, including snag closure and documentation.

Cost, procurement, and contracts

• Monitor project budgets, cost-to-complete, and variations, and report deviations with corrective actions.

• Work with procurement to ensure timely material and equipment supply.

• Review and manage contractor and subcontractor performance, billing, and claims.

Risk, quality, and HSE

• Maintain a risk register for each project and lead mitigation planning.

• Enforce quality assurance and control procedures and site health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Stakeholder and team management

• Coordinate with design, architecture, MEP, legal, sales, and finance teams, and with consultants and regulators.

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate project managers, engineers, and site teams.

• Prepare and present regular progress, cost, and risk reports to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Civil Engineering from a public university (required).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (mandatory).

Experience

• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in real estate development or construction.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time, preferably residential or commercial high-rise buildings.
