• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Interior Design

• Age At least 25 years

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering software will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of interior detailing, materials, finishes, furniture, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and prepare architectural and interior working drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and take responsibility.

• Develop interior design concepts based on project requirements, client needs, and approved design directions.

• Prepare detailed design, working, and technical drawings in coordination with the project team.

• Develop and coordinate 3D models, renderings, visualizations, and presentation materials as required.

• Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements in line with the approved design concept.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper design integration.

• Conduct regular site visits and provide necessary design clarifications and technical support during project execution.

• Review drawings and design information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper coordination across project deliverables.

• Prepare and update drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, and project requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the Design Team Lead and other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.

• Support the team in maintaining design quality and ensuring that project deliverables are completed within the required timeline.

• Participate in client presentations, design discussions, material selections, and project coordination meetings when required.
