Responsibilities & Context:

* Develop architectural designs and prepare complete drawing sets based on project requirements and design concepts.

* Prepare **floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, roof plans, details, and working drawings**.

* Prepare professional **architectural design and presentation sheets** for client presentations and project approvals.

* Develop detailed **construction and working drawings** with proper dimensions, annotations, specifications, and detailing.

* Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate and practical architectural drawings.

* Prepare and revise drawings according to instructions from the Senior/Lead Architect and project requirements.

* Coordinate architectural drawings with **structural, electrical, plumbing, and MEP requirements**.

* Prepare drawings for **authority submission/approval** as required.

* Ensure accuracy, consistency, drawing standards, and proper sheet composition across all project drawings.

* Develop **3D models, views, and presentation materials** when required.

* Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.

* Visit project sites when required and verify site conditions, measurements, and drawing implementation.

* Maintain proper organization and version control of all drawings, design files, and project documentation.

* Assist in developing design alternatives, material selections, façade treatments, and interior/exterior design concepts.

* Make necessary modifications based on client feedback, site conditions, and project development.

* Ensure drawings are completed within the required **quality, accuracy, and project deadlines**.
