• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age At least 33 years

Experience :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Road & building/construction projects.

• Practical experience in project coordination, QA/QC, material management, construction planning and progress monitoring.

• Good knowledge of Bituminous pavement, RCC building construction, foundation/piling, construction materials and testing procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.

• Experience working with Government/Development Partner-funded projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, coordination and execution.

• Prepare and update work programmes and monitor planned vs. actual progress.

• Manage QA/QC activities, material inspection and testing.

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and the Engineer/Consultant.

• Prepare progress reports, inspection documents and quality records.

• Identify delays, quality issues and material requirements and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
