• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• At least 15 years

• Age At least 40 years

Experience :

• Minimum 15 years of total professional experience in construction.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Building and Roads construction works at Govt Project.

• Experience in Road construction, building construction, RCC structures, foundation/piling and infrastructure works will be preferred.

• Strong experience in project management, site coordination, quality control, progress monitoring and contractor/consultant coordination.

Software Skill:

• Ms Project/P6, MS Excell, Ms Word.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management and supervision of project construction activities.

• Coordinate with the Engineer/Consultant, client and subcontractors.

• Monitor project progress, quality, safety and work programme.

• Manage site resources, manpower, materials and equipment.

• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.

• Budget preparation of project construction.

• Management of different local authorities to meet the project needs.
