• Diploma in Engineering in Architecture, Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Civil Engineering

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).

2. Knowledge of façade, aluminum, glass, and construction detailing will be an advantage.

3. Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software is preferred.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

1. Prepare detailed architectural, façade, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.

2. Develop construction drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.

3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.

4. Prepare layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

5. Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client requirements.

6. Maintain drawing records and ensure proper document control procedures.

7. Assist in quantity take-off and material estimation from approved drawings when required.

8. Review project specifications and ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and regulations.

9. Support the design team in preparing presentation drawings and technical documentation.

10. Conduct site visits when necessary to verify measurements and incorporate field information into drawings.

11. Ensure timely delivery of drawings and maintain project deadlines.

12. Collaborate with the project execution team to resolve drawing-related issues during construction and fabrication stages.
