∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance Accounts
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Financial Reporting, Microsoft Office Applications, Tally ERP 9, Tax and VAT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Financial Reporting, Tax and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all accounting transactions including daily Book keeping of accounts and following accounting standards as guided by the supervisor.
∎ Execute all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization and generate billing statements with accurate reports.
∎ Assist in financial & accounting functions including month-end closing, Inventory reconciliation, preparation of financial reports and variance analysis of financial statements.
∎ Implement and help to develop accounting systems and processes.
∎ Inter-company and Supplier reconciliations, performing timely investigations and follow-up on outstanding transactions.
∎ Purchase / Sales Entry in Company accounting system, follow-up delivery and receiving of products as per approved requisition.
∎ Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual budget preparation and audits.
∎ Review, reconcile accounts payable & receivable approved expense, general ledger with fund flow check & reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
∎ Ensuring timely bank and cash payments, Treasury and Petty cash management.
∎ Assist and manage company's VAT and Tax related issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Budgeting and Costing.
∎ Accounting and Accounting applications.
∎ Database management.
∎ Strong mindset to work under pressure and Team Player.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
Festival Bonus: 2 (two).
Partial Food Allowance
Independent and Flexible work environment.
Alternate weekend facility.
Others as per Company policy.
