Responsibilities & Context:
Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings.
Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculation and placements.
Proper planning for project specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience.
Envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design;
Creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and dataflow, conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders.
Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant farm.
Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.
Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software
Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, budget, and project objectives.
Workplace: Work at office
Working Hours: 10am-6pm
