1. Promote the company’s real estate projects through Facebook and other digital marketing channels.

2. Manage the company’s Facebook page and create engaging property-related content.

3. Plan, run, monitor, and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.

4. Generate and manage leads from Facebook and other marketing channels.

5. Handle clients both online and offline and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

6. Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.

7. Arrange and conduct client meetings, property visits, and project presentations.

8. Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into customers.

9. Provide clients with accurate information about properties, pricing, payment plans, and project features.

10. Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth client communication and sales activities.

11. Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong network of potential customers.

12. Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer demand in the real estate sector.

13. Prepare regular reports on leads, client follow-ups, marketing campaigns, and sales activities.
