Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
Prepare 3D models, interior visualization, and presentation materials.
Conduct site visits for measurement, design assessment, and project supervision.
Understand client requirements and develop designs according to their needs, preferences, and budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Select appropriate interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
Ensure design execution is consistent with approved drawings and specifications.
Make necessary design revisions based on client feedback and site conditions.
Maintain proper documentation and project-related drawings.
