Associate Architect – Job Responsibilities

Must have 2 to 3 yrs experience in relative area.

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and space-planning solutions.

Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software. And has to have good knowlege in AI tools.

Produce working drawings, detailed drawings, and presentation materials.

Understand client requirements and assist in preparing and presenting design proposals.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved designs.

Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other relevant consultants.

Assist with material selection, specifications, and BOQ preparation.

Maintain and regularly update project drawings, schedules, and documentation.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines efficiently.

Perform project-related responsibilities under the supervision of the Senior Architect or Project Architect.

Follow the firm’s design standards, documentation procedures, and quality-control requirements.
