Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture

• BSc/MSc in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a relevant field from a recognized public or private university.

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Age At least 20 years

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
• Knowledge of Enscape and/or Lumion will be an advantage.
• Must have a good understanding of interior design, space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
• Ability to prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and professional design presentations.
• Should be capable of conducting site visits and supervising project execution.
• Strong communication, client-handling, and presentation skills are required.
• Candidates should be creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about architecture and interior design.
• Candidates with a relevant portfolio of architectural or interior design projects will be given preference.
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Rajshahi.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Interior Design is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Enscape and/or Lumion will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and presentation skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about architecture and interior design.

• Meet and consult with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and project goals.
• Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, and functional layouts.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, design presentations, and related documentation.
• Select suitable materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and color schemes.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits, take necessary measurements, and supervise project execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
