Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

• 3 to 4 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Age not exceeding 32 years.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP software.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and work schedules.

• Ensure construction works are executed as per approved design, quality standards, specifications and applicable codes.

• Read, interpret and implement architectural, structural and other relevant construction drawings.

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.

• Plan and monitor daily and weekly construction activities to achieve project targets and milestones.

• Check and verify line, level, alignment, dimensions and workmanship of executed works.

• Supervise major construction activities including earthwork, foundation, piling, RCC, reinforcement, formwork, brick/block work, plastering, flooring and finishing works.

• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, manpower, machinery and equipment at the site.

• Monitor work progress and report any delay, obstruction, technical issue or deviation to the concerned authority.

• Coordinate with the QS/Commercial team regarding quantities, measurements and work progress.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining daily progress reports, work records, inspection requests and other site documentation.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.

• Coordinate with the Quality Control/QA team for inspection and testing of construction works and materials.

• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety and environmental requirements at the project site.

• Identify construction problems and assist in developing practical and cost-effective solutions.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure that assigned works are completed within the specified time, quality and resource requirements.

• Monitor construction materials received at site and ensure proper storage and handling.

• Assist in preparing work schedules, material requirements and manpower requirements.

• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, site instructions, inspection reports and other technical documents.

• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with approved method statements and project procedures.

• Participate in site meetings and provide technical updates on work progress and issues.

• Perform any other civil engineering, construction or related duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
