Job Context
GreenTech Venture is looking for fresh engineering graduates interested in building a career combining Industrial Automation, Technical Sales and Customer Success. This is an entry-level trainee position; prior job experience is not required.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to factories following the company provided cold call script.
Communicate with factory owners, managers, maintenance and engineering personnel to identify machine breakdown, obsolete PLC/HMI/Drive/Controller and automation-related requirements.
Collect relevant machine information and coordinate WhatsApp follow-up with prospective customers.
Maintain lead/customer information and conduct regular follow-up.
Coordinate identified technical requirements with the GreenTech Venture technical team.
Support sales, customer relationship and business development activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the company as required.
