As a Steel Detailing Intern, you will support our team in preparing structural steel fabrication and erection drawings under the guidance of senior detailers. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the preparation of shop drawings and erection drawings for structural steel projects
- Supporting connection design detailing and material take-offs
- Learning and applying 3D BIM modeling of steel structures using detailing software (e.g., Tekla Structures)
- Reviewing structural engineering drawings and specifications to understand project requirements
- Coordinating with senior detailers and engineers to ensure drawings meet project standards and codes (AISC/relevant local codes)
- Making revisions to drawings based on feedback from engineers, fabricators, or clients
- Maintaining organized documentation of drawing revisions and project files
