• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

• 3 to 7 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• B.Arch from any IAB-recognized programme (Public or private university).

• 4-5 years’ experience, in a firm or in independent practice.

• Revit modelling, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion / D5 render.

• Working Level English for Report Writing & AI Tool  Use.

• Practical use of AI tools in your workflow - Google flow, Midjourney, Higgsfield AI, or similar for concept and visualization, and AI assistants for drafting reports, specifications and schedules.

• Develop architectural concept designs, site master plans and detailed design for institutional and government projects (academic buildings, halls of residence, training institutes and public facilities, etc.).

• Produce coordinated Revit models and issue complete drawing sets from them: plans, sections, elevations, details, sheets and schedules.

• Prepare area statements and accommodation schedules that reconcile with feasibility reports and DPP documentation.

• Check designs against the Bangladesh National Building Code and client agency requirements (setbacks, FAR, egress, fire safety, accessibility and parking).

• Coordinate the architectural model with the structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and survey teams, and resolve clashes before issue.

• Coordinate with the senior architect on design direction and submit drawings for review before issue.

• Use AI tools to speed up concept generation, visualization and the drafting of design notes and specifications, without compromising drawing accuracy.

• Prepare 3D visualizations and presentation boards for client submissions and technical evaluation meetings.

• Turn around client review comments quickly and issue revised sets to the submission date.

• Support proposal and tender preparation with design content when required.

• Attend site visits and client meetings across Bangladesh.
