A. Technical Writing & Proposal Support
Assist in preparation, structuring, and formatting of:
Technical proposals (EOI, RFP, RFQ responses)
Feasibility study reports, inception reports, draft & final reports
TOR-aligned documents, methodology sections, work plans
Proofread and improve clarity, consistency, and compliance of documents
Ensure proper cross-referencing with TOR, RFP clauses, and evaluation criteria
Maintain proposal checklists, submission timelines, and document control
B. Research & Analytical Support
Conduct background research for projects (sector, policy, benchmarks, best practices)
Compile data, tables, charts, and annexes for reports and presentations
Assist in preparing meeting briefs, talking points, and summaries
C. Client & Meeting Support
Assist in preparation for client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Take structured meeting notes and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
Track client comments, action points, and follow-ups
Support coordination with clients, partners, and sub-consultants
D. Daily Management & Coordination
Support senior management in:
Task tracking and prioritization
Internal coordination with technical teams
Schedule management and reminders
Maintain organized digital filing systems for projects and proposals
E. HR & Management Support (Light but Critical)
Assist in shortlisting CVs for technical positions
Help maintain consultant databases and CV repositories
Support onboarding documentation and basic HR coordination
Assist in preparing internal notes, instructions, and briefings
F. Client Liaison, Field Coordination & Talent Scouting
Visit client offices, government agencies, and partner organizations as required to support ongoing and upcoming assignments
Build and maintain professional rapport with relevant officials, focal persons, and stakeholders through regular coordination and follow-up
Represent the firm in routine coordination meetings, document follow-ups, and information collection exercises under guidance from senior management
Assist in scouting, identifying, and engaging key experts, consultants, and specialists (individuals or firms) required for proposals and project teams
Support hiring-related activities including:
Initial outreach to potential experts
Verification of credentials and experience
Coordination of interviews and availability
Conduct field-level coordination and information gathering to support proposal development and project implementation
